Parking

Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in any of the properties.

Utilities

All utilities are exclusive of the rental sum advertised for long term rental properties.

The gas, electric, tv licence, council tax and factor fee utilities are inclusive of the rental sum of part and fully serviced rental properties.

Deposit

The deposit for long term and part serviced rental properties is one months calendar rent.

Payment

All payment should be made by bacs for long term or part serviced rental properties.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

All payments should be made by by bacs or paypal.  A deposit equal to the total cost of the first nights stay is required.  The deposit is non-refundable if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in.  In the event of a no show the deposit is non- refundable. If the booking is reduced (after the arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Check in/out

Check in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival and check out is before 10:00 on day of departure.

Internet

Wireless internet is available and is free of charge.
