• Stayed with Elaine Properties 36 months in a 2 bed flat. Elaine is very flexible with organising lease as both our homes were a long distance away; she made signing and organising the contract simple and straight forward. The flat was lovely and well-presented with good quality solid furniture. It was tastefully decorated and contained the essentials to get us started. Very impressed with Elaine Properties as any issues or problems found to do with the flat or its furnishings were addressed straightaway and always fixed or replaced within 24 hours wherever possible. I definitely would recommend Elaine Properties. I would also jump at the opportunity to lease with Elaine Properties again. The past three years in the flat have been hassle free. Elaine is always easily contactable for any queries.
